Roles and Responsibilities

Libraries 

1. Meet with an ITSCO representative to experience interactive video conferencing and review best practices 
2. Provide a representative to the Literature Lounge Study Committee
3. Participate in online evaluations following presentations
4. Create and present a topic agreed upon by the Literature Lounge Study Committee

Schools

1. Register each participating teacher for every session they plan to attend
2. Provide payment or a purchase order two weeks prior to the Book Talk session
3. Provide interactive video conferencing equipment and room
4. Provide technical support for interactive video conferencing equipment during Book Talk sessions
5. Run a test call with ITSCO prior to the first scheduled Book Talk session
6. Distribute all pre-activity hand-outs
7. Participate in online evaluations following presentations
