David Hayward, Associate Director, joined ITSCO as an Instructional Technology Consultant in January of 2002.  David has five years classroom experience teaching 4th and 6th grade as well as three years as an Educational Technology Trainer in Toledo Public Schools. He has a BS in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University and a MA in Technologies of Instruction and Media from The Ohio State University.  You can reach David via his email address: Rachel Lacy, Educational Consultant, returned to the Columbus area after two years of designing and delivering Interactive Video Conferencing programming for the Alaska SeaLife Center in Seward, Alaska.  Her background and teaching experience is in early childhood education. Bill Mooney, Educational Consultant, joined ITSCO after twelve years of teaching Social Studies at the high school level. He has worked with schools in Franklin County, Delaware County, and most recently in the on-line learning environment.    Amy Palermo, Executive Director, began her educational career in Texas as a Middle School Language Arts teacher, yearbook advisor and Elementary School Curriculum Integration Specialist. She joined ITSCO in January, 2002, as an Instructional Technology Consultant and has also served as our Project Manager for Online Learning.  She has a BA in English from the University of North Texas and a MA in Technologies of Instruction and Media from The Ohio State University.  Amy’s commitment to ITSCO, partnered with the dedicated staff, continues to challenge the organization to be a valuable resource for educators.

Jessica Prunty, Educational Consultant, joined ITSCO after finishing her Masters at OSU and working for COSI.  Previously, she taught high school art in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Laura Op, Office Manager, joined ITSCO in July 2008.  Her background includes coordinating an AmeriCorps literacy program and designing service-learning opportunities for college students.
