eTech Conference

Plan now for the 10th Annual eTech Ohio Educational Technology Conference!

Join the more than 6,000 teachers, technology coordinators, administrators, librarians and vendors for the state’s three-day premiere professional development event being held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Registration

Registration rates have not changed. You can now register for one, two, or all three days of the Conference.

Registration Early Bird Deadline is Wednesday, December 5, 2007.

Regular Registration is January 16, 2007.

The call for volunteers is open! New this year, the volunteer opportunity is available via Hall Pass.

Call for Proposals

This year’s theme is “Transforming Education Through Technology”.

The Conference intends to provide sessions that demonstrate how
strategically incorporating technology has positively impacted an educational entity. How has new technology benefited the school district, infrastructure or classroom? How has technology, acting as a "change agent", provided student success?

Current opportunities available include Concurrent and Panel Sessions, Student, Teacher, and Technology (formerly Emerging Technology and Technical Support) Displays.

Student Video Contest

The Student Video Contest recognizes outstanding Ohio student achievement in the use of video production technologies while meeting Ohio's academic content standards and other instructional objectives. The video production contest is open to students in grades 6-12.

Educator Awards

Be sure to nominate someone for one of our three Educator Awards! eTech Ohio's Educator Awards honor annual achievements and accomplishments in support of learning and student achievement through the use of educational technology in Ohio PK-12 education. The Educator Awards consist of three (3) individual awards, one (1) each for teachers, technology specialists (formerly titled technology coordinator) and administrators.
