Don't miss out on all the fun! Join us at #OETC18!

The Ohio Educational Technology Conference (OETC) is the premier P-20 state educational technology conference. Each year, more than 4,000 educational technology professionals and enthusiasts come together to explore the forefront of P-20 learning and innovation in Ohio.

OETC is a fun-fill, 3-day tech-stravaganza where P-20 educators from around the state come to network, collaborate, and talk tech! Attend inspiring lectures, participate in exciting workshops, and explore the interactive playgrounds.

What is a playground?

Playgrounds are informal spaces with hands-on activities, that provide conference-goers the opportunity to engage and explore at their own pace. Through open exploration and conversation with educators, developers, and other participants, attendees will learn more about promising practices and how these technologies fit in the learning environments. This year, we will be hosting our very own playground:

Wednesday, February 14th
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Host Organization: WOSU Classroom
Theme: Personalized Learning

Do you have a brilliant idea for a playground activity?
We are currently accepting proposals from individuals who wish to host one, 2-hour playground session on personalized learning. Facilitators will provide a hands-on activity or brief, informal talk regarding an aspect of personalized learning. This will be similar to a poster session, only facilitators will have a small, high-top table to display their materials.  The deadline for proposals is 5:00 PM on December 22nd. Accepted playground proposals will receive a one-day, complimentary registration for up to two presenters for the day of the playground display.
